Member Service Representative

PenFed Credit Union is hiring Member Service Representatives at our service center in Omaha Nebraska to begin on January 21st! Starting salary ranges between $13.46 and $16.28 depending on education and relevant experience. In addition, employees receive a 5% pay increase after successful completion of our comprehensive six-week training program! The hours for this position will be 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturdays and Mondays are required.

  • Answer inbound member calls regarding PenFed deposit and loan products.
  • Provide a Best-in-Class member experience in all member interactions.
  • Research and resolve member questions or issues.    
  • Maintain working knowledge of PenFed deposit and loan products.   
  • Educate members on PenFed products and services to best support their financial goals. ​

Prior customer service experience in a call center or service oriented environment 

Effective verbal and written communication skills
